I got the Power Colon Cleanse and the Acai Berry… Both combined work good.
I take a colon cleanse when I wake up, eat half an hour later, then go for a jog. For lunch I take two Acai Berry pills. Half an hour before dinner I take a colon cleanse. Also eating healthy is good too. So far with the Acai Berry I have liked it. The colon cleanse has worked but not as much as i’d like it too. Over all out of a 1-5 I rate these products together as an 4.
