I take a colon cleanse when I wake up, eat half an hour later, then go for a jog. For lunch I take two Acai Berry pills. Half an hour before dinner I take a colon cleanse. Also eating healthy is good too. So far with the Acai Berry I have liked it. The colon cleanse has worked but not as much as i’d like it too.
